Designed for maintenance, inspection, and rescue professionals, the rechargeable SWIFT® RL headlamp is a new gem in the Petzl range. Let's take a closer look at its key features!
February 2 2024
1. Ultra-powerful: the SWIFT RL casts 1100 lumens for visibility up to 150 meters.
2. Lightweight and compact: the new model weighs in at just 110 g.
3. Water-resistant and durable: this headlamp is water-resistant (IP54), impact-resistant (IK05), and fall-resistant (1 meter, ANSI/PLATO FL 1).
4. REACTIVE LIGHTING technology: A light sensor automatically adjusts brightness and beam pattern, optimizing battery use. This means the SWIFT RL is equipped to meet a wide variety of needs in different environments, from progressing through an underground tunnel to working with tools at arms-length.
5. Multiple lighting levels to adapt to a variety of work situations: three lighting levels with mixed beam for close-range and proximity work, and movement. Plus, a lighting level with a focused beam for long-range vision.
6. Red lighting helps preserve night vision and makes reading more comfortable without blinding those around you. Additionally, the strobe function allows you to signal your location.
7. Single button: access all lamp functions: ON/OFF, lighting levels and modes, LOCK function to avoid accidentally turning on the lamp during transit or storage, or to lock lighting settings during your activity).
8. Can be worn with or without a helmet: ergonomic and adjustable headband provides the ideal fit with split construction (Petzl patent). The headband is reflective to help you remain visible at night. Plus, it's removable and washable. The SLOT ADAPT (for Petzl helmets) and the HELMET ADAPT mounting plates allow you to mount the headlamp on a helmet, and it maintains the ability to adjust headlamp tilt.
9. Rechargeable via USB-C, the lithium-ion 2350 mAh battery offers a minimum burn time of 5 hours in REACTIVE LIGHTING mode. The SWIFT RL headlamp features a five-level gauge for precise monitoring of the battery charge level. This battery is also available as an accessory, so you always have a reliable lighting solution for long periods of work in dark environments.
10 The headlamp can be tilted upward to see ahead when worn around the neck or tilted downward when worn on a helmet, adapting to many different work situations.
