The MICRO TRAXION is certified to the EN 567 standard, mountaineering equipment, rope clamps.

- EN 12841 B:

Given that the MICRO TRAXION is essentially an emergency ascender, a certification to EN 12841 Type B "rope adjustment devices - rope clamp" is not required. Even so, the certification body has performed the tests according to EN 12841 B and stated that the MICRO TRAXION complies with its requirements. Only the marking and documentation requirements have not been followed.

- EN 12278:

The MICRO TRAXION is not certified to the EN 12278 standard (pulleys), due to contradictions between the marking requirements of this standard, and those required by the "rope clamp" standards.

Even so, the certification body has performed the tests according to EN 12278 and stated that the MICRO TRAXION complies with its requirements. Only the marking and documentation requirements have not been followed.
